To qualify:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You must provide a valid proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For items over €50, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Exchanges
We only replace products if they’re damaged or defective.
