Chlorella for Dogs

Chlorella is one of the world’s most well known microalgae and it contains a great source of protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. Chlorella also contains several compounds that have antioxidant properties, including chlorophyll, vitamin C, beta-carotene, lycopene and lutein.

Nannochloropsis for Dogs

Nannochloropsis sp. has a high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular omega-3’s (including EPA). Omega-3 is essential for cognitive and physical wellbeing. It cannot be produced naturally in the body and must therefore be consumed through food or supplements. Nannochloropsis also contains a host of vitamins (C, E, B12 and B1) as well as beneficial minerals.
